WHAT IS FIT+FIERCE?
More Than A Program. A Place To Belong.
Fit+Fierce is designed for girls in Grades 4-12 who are ready to build confidence from the inside out. Through movement, mindset, nutrition education, leadership, mentorship, and real conversations, girls are supported in becoming stronger, more self-aware, and more connected to themselves and others.
This is not about being the best athlete in the room. It is about showing up, trying new things, learning what confidence feels like, and knowing you belong exactly as you are.
