The Fierce Community Association
Prevention Starts With Her
The Fierce Community Association is developing a preventative health education model that brings together mental wellness, physical activity, nutrition, and community connection to help girls build stronger foundations for lifelong health.

Who We Are
The Fierce Community Association is a newly established Alberta nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing preventative health education and improving the long-term health and well-being of girls.
Our approach recognizes that mental health, physical activity, nutrition, confidence, and social connection are deeply interconnected.
We believe that meaningful improvements in youth health begin long before a crisis occurs.
By providing girls with practical education, positive mentorship, supportive environments, and opportunities to develop healthy habits, we aim to strengthen the foundations of lifelong well-being.
Fierce Community Association is being developed to address an important gap in preventative health education by bringing physical, mental, and nutritional wellness together within one accessible, community-based model.

Mission
To empower girls with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and community support needed to build lifelong physical, mental, and emotional well-being through accessible, evidence-informed preventative health education.
Vision
A future where every girl has access to the education, resources, and supportive community necessary to build a strong foundation for lifelong health.
