Designed for girls in Grades 7-9, this high-energy night is all about building confidence, learning real-life self-care, and having honest conversations in a fun, safe space. From hair and skincare basics to creating your own snack and craft, every part of the evening is hands-on and made for YOU.
We’re also diving into the real stuff — with an open, age-appropriate period talk led by holistic practitioner Kasandra Miller, where we dive into hormones and what you can expect during your cycle.
Girls will leave feeling empowered, educated, and equipped — with a custom made bracelet, a period essentials kit, and a whole new level of confidence.🔥
