Sign Up For Our Annual Program

Our Fit+Fierce Annual Program includes 1 in person meet up per month, at the members chosen location, along with access to our new online resource portal which has additional nutrition, fitness and mindset videos.

Each monthly meetup is a 2.5 in person session that includes a guided movement session (workout), a nutritional component (provided snack) and a mindset activity (varies in theme per month). We follow a certified cirriculum and tailor our program for the girl's age groups.

Girls are grouped according to their grade (starting with 3, 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12).

Once your location is selected, and your registration is paid, we will reach out with your location, group and time details.

For locations marked *coming soon, we need a minimum of 12 girls to run programs in these areas. If we do not meet the minimum requirements for those areas, we will reach out to you with alternative location options nearest you.

Important Information:

Fit+Fierce uses video and photos to promote its programs on social media, print and other media. Please let us know if you are comfortable with Fit+Fierce filming or photographing your daughter for these purposes. To see examples of how Fit+Fierce uses images please visit our social media pages.

Fit+Fierce's main method of communicating with our parents/guardians is through email. We have a safe and secure email provider, and require all members to be subscribed to our mailing list in order for us to community necessary program information, dates, and resources to you and your daughter.

If your daughter requires additional support, or has an EA working with her at school, please identify that to us so we can make the right accommodations for her. We pride ourselves on inclusivity, but also equity to ensure all kids have the same experience.
